Teacher
We hope that the EASiER Toolkit will be useful for teachers as a tool for understanding the nature of teacher resilience, and exploring some of the strategies which teachers and or researchers have suggested to be helpful for promoting resilience.

The resources in the toolkit are structured as a series of mini units. You might want to explore each of these units in sequence or you might prefer to just dip into the bits that are of particular interest to you.
You might find the resources contained within the toolkit useful for:
- Reflecting on teacher resilience in relation to your own experiences and exploring practical strategies for navigating some of the challenges inherent to the profession.
- Supporting student teachers and/or early career teachers if you have a mentoring role. If this is the case, you might also want to take a look at our Teacher Educator User Guide.
- Reflecting on ways to promote teacher resilience throughout the school. If you have leadership responsibilities, you might also want to explore the School Leader Guide.
The EASiER toolkit is free to use. When you enter the main body of the toolkit at the bottom of this page, you will be asked to enter your name and email address. This is so that we can gain a sense of how the toolkit is being used. We will contact you occasionally to provide updates on new content and to ask for feedback to further develop the toolkit. See here for our privacy notice which details how we will use and store your contact details.
If you have any questions about the toolkit or the research that informed it, please get in touch with Dr Steph Ainsworth on s.ainsworth@mmu.ac.uk or Dr Jez Oldfield on j.oldfield@mmu.ac.uk. We hope you find the toolkit useful!
